Casual racism and sexism are tolerated. Country teams not given any power and the London office calls all the shots. -Lack of professional development opportunities and little investment in staff -Cliquey and unfriendly environment -Disorganised and dysfunctional work culture. Highly stressful. Project teams are spread too thin. -Long hours expected but lack of recognition for work -Very high turnover rate and low staff morale -Office environment is cold and corporate.
