Great people I worked with and I thought I had a solid position.
Cons
Recent re-org (layoff) in the pre-sales side makes it seem like they are more worried about expansion in India, Canada, and Europe than they are in the US. My team made our quota and then some, however they still disrupted all the momentum we had going for us in our region. Very sad to see and be a part of that. They make you feel like a valued person, but the way they handled this re-org, really layoff, made people feel like a number and undervalued. However I made a lot of relationships with major clients through this position that I value tremendously. Keep this up Optiv and you will be just another VAR.
