Once a good company, but new services leadership brought in in 2018 are destroying the practice from within. Consultants are leaving in droves (why do you think there are so many positions offered?), because the new management has NO CLUE what they are doing, and abusing consultants in the process. They are treating consultants so badly they are quitting on the spot, even during engagements. New senior leadership brought in cronies who badmouth the once-successful offerings because others invented them. Successful practice leaders who grew their business units into multi-million enterprises with 30% YOY growth are demoted into low paying jobs as a reward. Once-flagship consulting offerings are now conspicuously absent from new marketing collateral, despite HUGE success in the past. New leaders are sowing division among the ranks. The new leaders coming in have no clue what's going on, not communicating because they don't know what to say. Successful consultants are being reassigned into positions they don't want, in hopes they will leave. It's almost as if new leadership is hired to destroy the services organization they are supposedly leading. Morale is at an all time low. The last straw: implementation of a supposedly "anonymous" feedback service implemented in Workday; most consultants see through it as a way of identifying the nay-sayers so that they can be walked out the door. This was once a great company.
