Everything - This is the absolute dream job for those who love learning and want to take their security career to the next level. A lot of great things are happening within the company, and I'm just happy to be apart of it. Base Salary is great. Bonuses are ample, and commissions are excellent. Leadership is A+. Cons
You need to be a self-starter to really succeed here. All of the materials are at your disposal to do so, and you will need to utilize them. This isn't a 'con', however more of a caution for those looking for an easy paycheck, or for those thinking success at any company should come without effort - If you work hard, and are self sufficient with your onboarding, then you will do great.
