Pros
Plenty of perks; breakfast, lunch, massages, gym membership and fun events. Some of the problems are interesting, but are generally not unique. Great gateway into other companies in the industry, and generally considered to be one of the best at what they do. Company outlook is generally pretty bright and the way it works is improving every day.
Cons
Not truly meritocratic. Performance review methodology is outdated and up to the interpretation of direct managers who operate with opaque goals and motives. Outside of trading and most of development the level of talent is pretty average, so the actual work can sometimes feel like being at a big old enterprise rather than a cool fun startup. There are rusted on staff that are unlikely to leave given the exceptional remuneration.
