Awful company - Anonymous employee Optiver Employee Review

Awful, toxic culture. Incompetent management Most employees never worked outside of the company and are very opiniated and think its the best company ever. HR is no help. Dismissing a lot of employees. Employees dissappear all the time. There's no work life balance. No employee wellbeing at all. Dank culture of pressuring employees, overperforming , work overlord, stress, etcetera. No sense of beloning.
