Optym Response
7yThank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you didn’t pass the three-month probation period at Optym. We take the probation period very seriously. It is an opportunity for us to assess whether the person hired is a good fit for Optym; that is, the person will grow and learn over time and will contribute to Optym’s success and growth. Statistically, over 80% of the candidates pass the probation period. We can thus understand why you are upset with us and have written derogatory comments that we do not apply to us. What you have written is contrary to common experience at Optym. We give challenging projects to our team members so that they are continuously learning, we treat them with respect, the CEO has an open door policy and is available to meet any team member personally to help her/him in any way he can, and technical leads value all team members contributions. Anyway, we wish you good luck and success in your new job.
