Pros

- They offer a great initial salary - Flexible schedule - People is amazing

Cons

- Salary freeze: I joined 4 years ago and I didn't get a single buck raise. - Crazy bureaucrazy: we have a lot of processes that make you waste time filling information in different places, duplicating it and making lose time instead of focusing on giving value. - A lot of pressure for releases and the process. They want you to fill in reports for everything with a lot of pressure but without a clear system, no one knows clearly how to do it properly. We are constantly getting push to fix "wrongly" filled in reports but because the system is a crap. - Lack of direction: even they don't know what to do. Our current app is ugly, but they are focusing on AI and cancelled lines of work towards making it modern. - Everyone is stressed and frustrated and management is doing NOTHING. They only care about getting things delivered and writing down the reports following the crappy system. - We had massive layoffs recently (three since I'm in the company) and this last time a lot of people (and I mean a lot) was volunteering to get laid off. That reflects the environment here. (the company fired whoever they wanted without paying attention to volunteers). They don't care about people. - We have 1:1 meetings with managers, but the answer is always "special times" but it never ends.
