During interview was promised wage rises and dates to sit exams, when it comes to it nothing happens. Full of empty promises to get people in the door. So don't trust a thing they tell you at the interview stage, if you are desperate enough to go for one.
Poor wages especially since you work a normal working week and then expected to pick up slack. So it works out less than minimum wage some weeks due to extra hours that wont get paid in overtime. When asked about this you'll get told "its all swings and roundabouts" but this only seems to work in favor of them.
Insurance policies are a joke on the vans with really high excess, so everything will get charged back to the surveyor before going through insurance.
Admin fees from your own HR department at any chance they can.
Then there is a certain management... That'll comes out with remarks like "I used to be gangster". That'll try really hard to be everyone's mate but then will have no issue being snide behind your back. And that can be said for the company as a whole. Also found that they will hold a personal vendetta against if you so much as question anything or even try to explain yourself.
Nothing gets dealt with in a professional manner. Organisation is non existent. There is a complete break down of communication between departments, and on more than one occasion, got blamed as a surveyor for the lack of planning and organisation from the office. When you try to explain yourself be prepared to be hung up on.
I wouldn't wish it upon anyone to take a job with Oracle and even less actually have any work done by them.
Cowboys through and through.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
