Good company with a bad manager - Consultant Oracle Solutions Asbestos Employee Review

Culture is Amazing, only left as I was moving away. Would definitely recommend.

Oracle Solutions is genuinely such a great place to work. There is experts across the entire organisation which make Oracle the most knowledgeable and professional asbestos company within the country. I joined the company as asbestos consultant, the senior management team and executives put their faith in me and presented the opportunity to progress within the business. The training structure in all department is second to none, whatever problems you are faced with on a day to day basis, someone within the business has got the answer. The work ethos within the organisation has every team member heading in the same direction to achieve the same goals, the teamwork really is something that I have not found anywhere else. The culture within the teams brilliant. i come to work and enjoy my job, I enjoy problem solving with my peers and really feel like, as a company we make a massive difference.

Since joining oracle, I haven't really picked up on anything that could be noted as a "Con".
