      Pros

      You will get to work with great developers, product team and designers. You will get to know what requirements are coming your way and why they are coming. Great place to learn to collaborate with developers and product managers.

      Cons

      Work is development driven and not design driven. The time aloted to designing a project is decided by dev cycle and not how complex the design requirement is. One founder has branded himself as Head of Design and PM for a vertical while not doing those jobs at all.
