      Pros

      Good exposure to a well-known HR product. Most colleagues are helpful and supportive. The compensation is competitive. HR is really friendly and flexible

      Cons

      Some people are not very helpful, and I had to wait a long time to receive knowledge transfer (KT) on certain topics. The chairs are uncomfortable and not suitable for long periods of sitting. Work-life balance is very poor. The workload is heavy. There is a lot of micromanagement

      Pros

      Multinational company that gives the employees a work from home position to develop in certain territory given by them. It is a software of Human Resources that is improving constantly. Hard to sell due to the long process of demostrations of the system and the opensource version but certainly a challenge for all reps.

      Cons

      Lowing costs left great experienced agents aside and new hires do not have the expertised required on the market
