Pros

The work environment and company culture are phenomenal. The flat hierarchy makes communication seamless across all levels, and the team is great and incredibly helpful. The company actively invests in employee growth, providing excellent training and skill development sessions that have genuinely helped me expand my knowledge and professional capabilities.

Cons

There are no major downsides. The internet connection is generally reliable, but upgrading to a higher bandwidth would optimize our workflow and make day-to-day tasks even easier.

Pros

Multinational company that gives the employees a work from home position to develop in certain territory given by them. It is a software of Human Resources that is improving constantly. Hard to sell due to the long process of demostrations of the system and the opensource version but certainly a challenge for all reps.

Cons

Lowing costs left great experienced agents aside and new hires do not have the expertised required on the market
