Pros

Sometimes we laughed but it was at the pain and misery we were all feeling.

Cons

Honestly, if Netflix needs a new original series...this place would be the place to start. The amount of micromanging and two-faced individuals made this place an unhealthy environment. Don't expect your last check. Even if Ohio tells them they need to, they won't. I've seen people almost get into fist fights, jumping over tables because of bathrooms and misunderstandings because communication is non-existent. I've seen amazing people get called horrible names behind their backs and in front of their co workers. This place is a revolving door of talent getting treated like infidels. The number of corners that are cut is astonishing. If you're thinking about working here, just remember to weigh your options.

Pros

I’ve worked here for several years now and the company has grown exponentially over the last few years. I wish disgruntled former employees would put this more into consideration and do not expect a perfectly well oiled machine of a workplace. We are constantly growing and learning. What you do get is the ability to easily communicate your concerns and needs to upper management. With this you’re able to really shape your experience here into what you want it to be, with some understandable restrictions. I am overall satisfied with my job here because I actively voiced my concerns any time I had any, and had them addressed appropriately. Just be kind, do what is asked of you, respect your colleagues and you should be fine here.

Cons

No remote work or hybrid opportunities. If you are expecting everything to be perfect, look elsewhere because this is an ever-growing, rapidly changing company and you have to be able to adapt. You have to be up for the challenge.

Pros

I honestly can’t believe some of the reviews I’ve seen about Orangeonions It’s frustrating to see people misrepresent a workplace that gave so many of us great opportunities. Yes, it’s a fast-paced environment, and yes, expectations are high—but that’s how businesses succeed! If you actually show up, put in the effort, and communicate, you will thrive here. Management isn’t the problem—entitlement is. The leadership team is always willing to listen and provide support, but they can’t hold your hand through every little thing. If you expect to coast through your job with minimal effort and constant praise, then sure, you might struggle. But if you work hard, take initiative, and actually engage with your team, you’ll find that management recognizes and rewards those who contribute. The pay is fair, and I never had a single issue with getting compensated for my work. Work-life balance? That’s up to you—no one is forcing anyone to stay late or go above and beyond unless they want to. And as for turnover, people leave jobs for all sorts of reasons. The people who stuck around and put in the effort were treated well and had opportunities for growth. It’s exhausting to see a great company get dragged through the mud by people who didn’t want to put in the work. My time here was rewarding, and I’m grateful for everything I learned. If you have a strong work ethic and a good attitude, you’ll do well at Orangeonions If you’re looking for a job that pays you for doing the bare minimum, then this probably isn’t the place for you.

Cons

too much empathy hire fast- fire faster!
