Awful management especially admin - very low salaries No systems and messy

Flexible work culture as long as one takes responsibility for task assigned Friendly working environment with higher ups open to taking suggestions or feedback from interns Nurturing environment for interns

May require more initiative to figure things out through reaching out to colleagues but this gives interns a chance to interact and know them better.
