Poor outlook - Anonymous employee Organon Employee Review

Organon has not yet found its footing since the spin off from Merck. Efforts to streamline processes have caused constant changes that are not well planned, creating constant disconnect and confusion. Series of poor decisions made by management have contributed to the company’s overall poor performance. There have been recent layoffs and more are imminent with the path the company is headed towards. The HR department is sorely lacking as everything is unorganized, not helpful and department lacks the training and standards that should be required of a corporate company. Be cautious of starting a position here.
