      Friendly colleague A good place to start off career Helpful colleague and seniors Fast-paced project which encourage adaptability Less micromanagement

      1. There's no QA tester (code produced tends to be buggy) 2. No proper tools to manage tasks, workload, also documentation 3. Lack of research into new framework/technologies/tools

      Extremely creative and close knit atmosphere that has unfortunately lost it's luster and edge due to lack of investment in creative talent and non support for continuing education to keep updated on current trends.
