High pressure when things cannot be delivered. Lack of job security due to uncertainty of the finacial of the company. Limited resource due to a small number of engineers.

All the company staff is friendly and willing to include you in their work. The company is doing innovative things.

The internship is not paid much for an engineering internship. There isn't a lot of structure built around the internship position and as such, there isn't always a clear indication of the best things to work on and direct my efforts on any given day.
