They will guilt you into doing a double shift they hire insane people and secretly bully and harass you for no logical reason Management will overlook this Management will kick you out of your locker without notice Management will bunk-bed you with total strangers, and potentially dangerous people high turnover-rate Health Team is so burnt-out and out of communication; partner will leave you doing all work in one unit last-minute, and management condones this nurses are b!tches; they make you do all the work, they sit all day and complain and make work hard for HCA, they get b!tchy when you ask why Co-workers guilt you into taking more shifts when you decide to take a break Health Department does not hire ENOUGH staff to cover shifts All staff are mostly contractors Nice and respectful HCAs get bullied Favoritism and pathetic control issues of some senior HCAs Overall a hostile environment for someone who wants to make an honest living
