Warm atmosphere, amazing management team, attention to employees' needs, constant process improvements even though they already are great, great communication style within the whole company.

I can't think of anything I would consider a downside. All the challenges I faced working at Oril helped me to grow and become more confident. And even with those challenges I always knew I could ask someone for help or some piece of advice.
