Management is NOT trustworthy. Not very transparent with employees, although pushes the idea of being able to attend any meeting you'd like(you can not). Bad culture will reveal itself within weeks of starting. Everyone seems to gossip about everyone else. Not stable for newer employees. You will see long time employees resigning every few weeks. Cuts costs everywhere except management perks. As a previous poster mentioned they are very selective in who they hire. However, you will be fired if you are not who they truly want in a role. I was not fired but leaving Orion is one of the best career decisions I've made.
