Many offshore hires are brought in with zero vetting — I’ve even seen duplicate (fake) and exact copy-paste résumés submitted accidentally.
Onshore employees are tasked with training their replacements and then released with little to no support or recognition any amount of seniority = 2 weeks severance or less.
Recognition and advancement is for offshore leadership only, Almost all high level leadership is offshore and are hostile toward onshore leadership and partners.
Leadership discussions like town hall meetings consistently revolve around the CEO talking solely on revenue and upcharge billing opportunities, finding ways to bill more to the customer as the goal with little attention paid to quality, innovation, or employee morale.
