Cons
Wow.... where to begin. Let's start with the hours. 50-60 easy! But do u get paid ot.... nope your most likely paid by the job assuming it's a paid job. Callbacks and mandatory follow ups you do on your own time for nothing aswell as the ridiculous weekly meetings and call nights. Our day can change as quickly as a text can be sent. Same day starts can send you driving 90 minutes away from your current route then you are shunned for missing stops or being late arrivals. Somebody sitting on a computer 300 miles away dictates where your supposed to be going and I assure you they do not care about when your going to get home. I drive roughly 150 miles a day personally and you don't get paid windshield time. This company only cares about money.... not family, not the employee, heck not even the management at the branch level. If you hit a goal do not expect to be showered in praise... its ok, you showed you can do it, let's go ahead and ask for more... and don't let them fool you, your darn right your gonna be working 6 days a week and you have 0 idea of when you can plan on getting home at night. Then yes you get time off, but your gonna pay for it because all the customers you were supposed to go to will be added to already full days later on in the month. Nobody runs your stops for you unless there are no other options.
