Admin is toooootally clueless about the day to day activities, organizational restructuring takes place fairly often because there isn’t a lot of room for growth so turnover remains very high, the communication barriers are met with corporate standard redirection toward ice cream parties and barbecues instead of transparency and specificity especially about policy changes that primarily impact floor staff.
