      Good colleagues and great mind (excluding management)

      Cons

      The CEO is just a ned and liar trying to use your patient and skill. He is absolutely unable to manage people and scientific project. Disorganised and negative influence. After unpaid months, he declared bankrupt and started Senzo Health as "new company" with few remaining people. It is the start up where you absolutely cannot trust and hope to growth

      Really exciting vision. Clear widespread application of the technology. Interesting challenging technology development. Good team atmosphere. Open communication accepted.

      Cons

      Communication between technical teams has been a problem but is improving. Sometimes it isn't always clear who is responsible for specific tasks.
