Queen Bees, Mean Girls, and No Leadership - Administrative Ortho 360 Employee Review

1. No positive leadership from the Doctors. 2. An "HR" department that has no prior training and/or experience in HR who handles things with aggressive and/or condescending emails. 3. A Queen Bee (who isn't the Office Manager because they don't have one) who tells everyone what to do and when to do it regardless of whether or not you're already engaged at the time in job duties of your own. Because "It's all about her." She will brush off and/or assign you tasks that are actually part of her job responsibilities and if you don't acquiesce in the appropriate time or with the demeanor of a good little worker bee, she'll buzz over to the Doctor and but a little bee in her bonnet about it. 3. Too many mean girls making the working environment hostel and not welcoming at ALL. Success starts at the top, and this office doesn't have true, positive leadership. If you come to work here, don't expect to feel welcomed by the majority of the staff and certainly not by the doctors. You'll be expected to figure things out pretty much on your own and asking for help is met with disdain, and a roll of the eyes from the majority of the staff.
