Pros
Pet friendly office, not a standard busy vet office, fairly flexible schedule. It is nice to help animals regain their mobility.
Cons
Poor salary and benefits, way too much office politics and drama, too much micromanagement. High employee turnover and poor training for onboarding staff. Poor communication between upper management and employees created a major rift in trust going both ways.
