Pros
Great co-workers in my department, 401k match, good pay, decent insurance coverage for low price, pto builds up the longer you’ve worked with them, management is approachable and friendly.
Cons
Other departments aren’t the best, management at the front desk seems to be an issue. All the front desk employees seem to be walking on egg shells. Since the office is open later than most doctors offices, it’s hard to have a balance of work and family. I’ve covered late shifts and have no idea how the people there work until 6-730, completely missing family dinners and essentially having no evening.
