The co-founders are lovely people but are not inspiring, and are very inexperienced, they lack the core skills, and vision to operate a startup that can grow and scale. There is a lot of 'I was this at this company' not 'this is why Oscilar wins'.
Considering their past success, I was surprised to see nickel and diming when roles, they hire cheap green talent, talent that does not know how to do their roles, and to be the fundamental pillars needed in a cross-functional startup - that wants to be successful.
A lack of structure, sense of community, understanding of what realistic success needs to look like or who the competition is, accountability.
It doesn't feel like leadership actually wants this to be great, there is no enthusiasm or company culture.
