Pros
99% of the time, you won't have to take your work home with you. The balance between your work and your social life is decent, and you will likely work with some decent people.
Cons
This company is an absolute meat grinder. Front desk employees are treated like maids, Sales representatives are given horrendous sales scripts that focus on bullying people into sales and giving empty promises rather than establishing good rapport and delivering a quality product, and the Production department is overworked, underpaid, and wholly unappreciated. If you take an attitude of "I'll just work hard and eventually they'll see what I'm worth," be prepared for utter disappointment. You'll be met with increased expectations with no compensation, or worse, gain the personal spite of senior management.
Do not be fooled by the 5-star reviews that popped up recently- those are attempts by senior management to cover the truth about the company and its reputation (Notice how all the good reviews are posted the same day). This is not a company that embraces work ethic and initiative- it openly scorns it.
Google the company, in fact. When "lawsuits" is the second term to come up, it should raise some red flags.
