We encourage employees to continue raising development requests with their managers so we can better understand demand and remove barriers where possible.
Regarding workload and recognition, we are actively working with our teams to ensure workloads are manageable and that contributions are acknowledged appropriately. Your feedback highlights that this may not always be felt in practice, and that’s something we are committed to addressing.
On compensation, we want to clarify that salary increases have been applied in line with inflation for permanent employees who meet the relevant tenure and performance criteria. We understand, however, that individual circumstances may vary, and we are always open to discussions to ensure fairness and transparency.
We also appreciate your comments on commuting and facilities. While our city centre location offers certain benefits, we recognise that it can present challenges.
