      Pros

      People were nice enough Office space was ok Parking was easy and location was right off a 128 exit

      Cons

      Management run by company founders who are both engineers who have no interest in management, grooming, or process improvement. Not a friendly environment - cube farm, everyone with headphones on No place to eat or socialize Worked to bone - one late project to the next No systems in place for accurate forecasting of projects - why they're all late

      -Employee Minded -Focuses on Retention -Open Communication -Welcomes Ideas from everyone -Open door policy -Clients' needs are important, they are not just a number -Delivery satisfaction and focus

      Cons

      The holiday days off/vacation days do not always align with the client holiday days off.
