Ossur prides itself on its frugality, which is great for management and shareholders, and absolutely awful for employees. Good luck getting a raise or additional resources. They would rather use it for junkets for VPs. For real. And if you are not Icelandic, your views are worth approximately 70% of theirs and your job will always be at risk. It doesn't matter how good you are, you're expendable.
