Pros

Overall, the company has been a positive place to work. Employees are generally given a good degree of autonomy and trust in how they manage their responsibilities and teams. Work–life balance is better than at many comparable organizations, which is appreciated. The culture reflects strong collaborative values, and colleagues across the organization are supportive and professional. Compensation and benefits are competitive, including bonus opportunities, equity, and solid health benefits. Many leaders within the organization are experienced and supportive of their teams.

Cons

Like many companies in the pharmaceutical industry, the organization has gone through leadership transitions and structural changes over the past few years. These shifts, along with broader market pressures, have resulted in some restructuring across departments. At times, these changes have created uncertainty and have led to the departure of experienced employees who contributed significantly to past successes. There can also be opportunities to improve alignment between senior leadership and operational teams. Decision-making timelines can sometimes be lengthy, followed by aggressive implementation schedules. Earlier collaboration with teams responsible for delivery could help ensure more realistic planning and smoother execution. In addition, program management processes for large initiatives could continue to mature as the organization evolves.

Pros

Competitive salary, good benefits, and snack bar

Cons

Constant re-org since 2025 and no communications about who was hired so they can come and go without being known. Old-school management team in Finance: Micromanagement and unsuitable manager who does not use positive reinforcement at all, instead challenge staff by nit-picking.
