Pros
1. Flexible working hours ( can work 9-5 or 5-9 or sometimes both) 2. Supportive management ( WFH allowed on weekends ) 3. Dinner provided ( working here reminds me of zomato) 4. PF deposited after 6 months of leaving the company 5. Everyone is like a family when salary gets delayed no one complaints
Cons
1. The company is very dynamic, policies change within hours 2. Salary not provided when sent on-site for 6 months, reimbursed later 3. The core product of the company is full of bugs and hard-coded everywhere ( not a fundamentally strong product to sell) 4. Made me work a notice period for 3 months and still left out on Full and final settlement after 6 months 5. People are forced to resign involuntarily
