Pros
Excellent supervisor. Very supportive teamwork concept to back each other up. We could confidently take vacations knowing that our book of business was being handled in a timely and accurate manner. Positive, happy vibes.
Cons
Supervisors have changed over time. Unsure of current state of team morale in this dept. But I do know that turnover is getting higher and higher over the past several years, and morale is getting lower and lower. They've always been known for their constant restructuring, but it's absolutely out of hand.
