      Easy work but busy work

      Cons

      Supervisors and Managers talk about their employees behind their back. No work/life balance. They throw you in and expect you to excel right away and if you don't, the backhanded comments come straight in. The compensation is sad for the amount of work you do and not much room for growth.

      Great pace to work with, Great people to work around with. Plenty of room to learn. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      So many new faces join the team sometimes its hard to remember their names.
