Pros
Owner is a nice person and cares for others.
Cons
Very little work-life balance here. They require you to be at events and won't pay you, including morning meetings that aren't paid for any of the sales staff. They severely overestimate salary expectations while also paying HALF of competitors compensation. If you want overtime, you can forget it, but they require you to come in Saturdays. This is not a sustainable place. There are NO benefits until you hit 2 years, and you will NEVER receive medical, visual, or dental insurance. PTO is also under average. There are divides in the office and managers leave for hours or days at a time. They are money hungry but don't like to provide their employees with reasonable pay or compensation. They also rarely hire women and the ones who do leave at higher and quicker rates than the men do. I would never recommend working here!
