      Pros

      Flexible hours and non-management employees are great.

      Cons

      They expect 100% perfection. They will draw you in by stating that they are a family company but they are just as corporate as your local BestBuy. I was let go with no warning/write up for one simple mistake, which is not how a family business, or a BestBuy acts in a situation like this, very unprofessional. This place is not worth your time.

      Pros

      One of the best places I've ever worked for. They've been around for about 15 years. Management is very friendly and approachable and genuinely care about employees. This is my first time in an e-commerce atmosphere. Was very busy around Black Friday Cyber Monday time. Company Culture is not just about making money but taking care of the customer. The other employees are hard working and friendly. Good place to work. I hopefully plan on staying hear for long time.

      Cons

      The warehouse was crowded around the holiday season making it difficult to move around at times. I think it's time to expand into a bigger location.
