Pros
A small bunch of creative people work together with inspiring ideas and unique views on design, fashion, and environmental protection. The working atmosphere is casual and with a lot fun. There is no absolute line between each one's work. Admin Director can also enjoy the happiness of recreating clothes.
Cons
Since it is a newly born organization, the promotion has not affected the world that much. Most Chinese people nowadays still have the thought that second-hand stuffs are not usable. We do not have a fixed working place to sit down with everyone (But this doesn't hurt that much since inspiration and creation does not come in a certain time or from a certain place).
