Used to be a great compamy with lots of growth opportunities, trainings and talents in the team.
Cons
Really poor and mediocre Lithuanian management. Managers who tend to humiliate their employees and micromanage them. Lost a lot of talents because of numerous time trackers and incompetent team leads or managers who have very limited knowledge in the field and are afraid to promote smart people.
