Pros

Wfh and decent pay only

Cons

1) the work culture is pathetic managers expect you to finish every story in shortest possible time. 2) no estimate is asked from the developer and managers put the completion time based on their wish 3) new features are added while the work is going on and no extra time is allotted for that 4) no re estimation of effort is done and no one listens to and we need to finish the work in same time working day and night. 5) higher management is only hungry for new features while code quality is pathetic and full of bugs due to lack of time given for development.

Pros

Culture, growth, income, benefits, and more!!!

Cons

Challenges and struggles throughout upper leadership related to startups typical issues, as Outplay finds it's footing to step into the next stage of blast off. Furthermore, there is a tendency for most of the team to 'push' themselves, and in some instances, leaders to their team(s), to go a little further. This is to be expected and can good in moderation. Often even necessary as a start-up. But for some, it can lead to burn-out and related issues.

Pros

Culture, growth, compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, and frankly, too many to list. You'll have to join to find out the rest.

Cons

As an up and coming startup, there are always growing pains. These are typically in the areas of change and change management. So far, Outplay seems to have a good grasp on this risk and has excellent leadership in place to address and mitigate accordingly. Opportunity for improvement exists in the onboarding process for development within your specific role. I feel it could be a bit more formal and structured. Outside of that, nothing that isn't common for a company at this stage of growth.
