Pros
- They hired me right away and gave me 5 paid training shifts - flexible hours you can work as much as little as you want. 30 hours a week max - get paid weekly - i wouldnt recommend this job unless someone needed money quick as they pay you every week and you get a guaranteed 5 paid shifts of training
Cons
- after your training shifts if you do not hit your quota for fundraising ever hour you are sent home, it feels like a waste of my time and a loss of money to be there and sent home after an hour of work. - you are asking for donations from people who they themselves are sick, live on welfare or pension, in need, or unemployed, even if they give you a valid reason why they cannot donate such as they need to pay for their own treatment or they lost their job you must continue to ask them for a donation until you have finished the script or they hang up - you will get cursed out and hung up a lot - you do feel like you are taking money from those who need and feel that you are making people's day worse - no place to move up in the company
