Great company - Field Service Engineer Outset Medical Employee Review

This is honestly a great company to work for! I love the fact that the CEO is female--you can honestly tell a difference in the culture. This company truly cares about their employees and patients; especially the patients (end user of the product). Even the CEO goes out in the field to see how the product is doing, how the customer is feeling and how we could do a better job. I highly recommend if there is a job opening, any applicant would be happy working with this company.

So far, I have not seen any cons but will update this post if any come around.

Start up with nothing established properly so huge opportunities to learn.

Working for Outset Medical was hell on earth. You are constantly worried on when you will lose your job. The company is sinking and their stock price went from $60 to 40 cents. They stopped sponsoring peoples PERM throughout the company so if you are on a visa, stay away. If you dont have visa issues I would still stay away unless you want to be overwhelmed with constant worry. The company is very dysfunctional.
