Extremely toxic work enviroment. No transparency. No cooroporation among departments. Leadership has no real experience with individuals with disabilities. NO acceptance of anyone non-binary or having alternative sexualities. Mostly white people being hired. Participants are judged by these standards too.
Extremely, shady company with even shadier leadership and board members. Lost 7 individuals in the same department. Also, can get anyone to stay due to no training. Very sad the way it has gone downhill so fast. Politics are all that matters. Director is having an affair with the head of the board and founder.
