- Warm, friendly interview process - opportunity to ask lots of questions and meet some current team members. - Varied, engaged clients with lots of opportunities to work in a variety of environments and travel. - Ability to work remotely when not needed on site (2 - 3 days remote per week). - Super friendly and fun culture - lots of opportunities to connect with the whole team (monthly all staff meetings) and socials. - Lots of expertise and experience within the team which is easily accessible for support.
Cons
- Recruitment is slow for events industry as a whole, so some gaps that still need filling at the moment. Which means you have to be flexible and understanding when it comes to resourcing.
