Constant micro-management by CEO and CTO, pressure atmosphere. - The terrible state of the codebase, a lot of legacy code in a very bad state, extremely difficult to maintain. - Toxic employees, from management to developers. Brothers, I do not advise anyone to work in this company if your psyche, time and energy are valuable to you. Guaranteed burnout and disappointment in people after that place.
