The people here were the best. I couldn't imagine a more fun group to work with than this. Everyone got along so well which made the work days go by so quickly. There were plenty of opportunities for advancement and career development.

Overton's was purchased by Gander Mtn. a few years back. Because of this, Gander Mtn. placed some rules and regulations on Overton's that were uneducated and unruly. Overton's was a hometown brand and catered to our customers accordingly. We had to sacrifice customer service because of some of the button down from Gander corporate.
