Pros
Used to be a good work/life balance, mission-focused company. Still claims to be, but is not. Now struggling to find its way back since IPO.
Cons
Remote work and the recent struggles the company has faced have taken a dark turn on the work culture, now toxic. Lots of infighting, complaining, and blaming. Inexperienced leaders micromanage and don't trust their people. Everyone feels powerless, stressed and frustrated. No good end in sight.
