The leadership team, starting at VP and up, have transformed the workplace into a toxic mess. It's all about politics and who yells the loudest. Opportunities have dried up as the company seeks to cut workforce. No work life balance, VPs have gone on stage and when asked how they manage work life balance themselves their answers were literally "I need to do better at that".
